Do I have to go to Lower Norfair?

I think there's little more energy/reserve tanks to collect before you enter lower norfair. If you think it's enough, go ahead and attempt. Don't forget to save state in case you find out that you don't have enough.

I just remembered that

while I was doing the hell's run, I saw that the crocomire's room door was green which means I can go search in there for power-ups Wink

I escaped Lower Norfair with 17 energy and no reserve tanks.
Now I don't wanna see Lower Norfair for at least a month. I got sick of it aiwebs_001

It's time to search for some power-ups before maridia. Very Happy

Did you forget something before you leave Norfair? You need certain item before you enter Maridia and that item can be found in Lower Norfair.

If you mean the power bombs, yes I took them Wink

I am stuck I just took the Space Jump, but I do not know where to go.
From the left side of Maridia there is a high platform which I cannot reach without the Gravity Suit and from the other side there are locked doors

No, not that extreme. It can be done without tools assistance, just slightly short charge.

If you mean the one that I must take 2 steps and then press the dash button, there isn't enough room to charge( in the Draygon's room)

If you do it hard enough, you could charge it. It's not easy to do, but it's still possible.

If you still can't do it, add these to your macro for your lazy charge.

Super Short Charge (right): [> w2 .]3 > w3 . > w6 . +> Y r24 Y r19 Y r14 Y v !
