Someday maybe a hack will be posted as "headered" or "unheadered." I guess today is not that day.
Edit: It's for unheadered.

Heh, a one-room hack with an ending.
I didn't notice any bugs. Damn, though. IBJ on crumble blocks with spikes below isn't what I'd call the "basics" but I pulled it off with liberal save-stating. Lots of pits of death, too. Gotta watch your step in this one. Not bad for a one-room though. Good practice course for learning tough techniques.

Nice job avoiding the censor on a word that isn't even censored.

I didn't use an IBJ on the crumble block spot, I just bombed, jumped as it was respawning, and went into a walljump! Although an IBJ would have been easier... A truely fun hack, that I was sad when it was over... (its really short!) The pits of death were a funny touch, and you apply almost all the techniques neccessary in hacks.

I enjoyed this hack. It was tough but at the same time original and not so tedious. I'll give at an 8/10

I don't know whether this is emulator-specific when it comes to versions, but here are possible reasons: 1-You're using the PAL [E] ROM. No hacks are compatible. You need an NTSC [JU] ROM. A common file name is Super Metroid (JU) [!].smc. 2-Check your file size before patching. This patch is for unheadered ROMs, so make sure your size is 3072 KB, not 3073. And as always, if you need a good patch system, get Lunar IPS from FuSoYa's Niche. If you need to make copies for different hacks, rename them after the patch, so they don't share the same memory file.
